The invention provides an object recognition method of a dual-energy CT (computed tomography) scan. The method includes: filtering pixels of the dual-energy CT scan to obtain the pixels to be grouped; according to the positions of the pixels to be grouped, in the dual-energy CT scan, grouping the pixels to be grouped to multiple pixel groups; subjecting the pixels in each group to material decomposition; according to results of material decomposition, determining materials which each group of pixels corresponds to. Therefore, scanning execution time is shortened, and less X-ray irradiates a target (such as a user to be diagnosed).
