The invention provides a swash plate compressor and a piston thereof. The swash plate compressor is used for providing a lubricating oil channel between a sliding shoe and the piston, so that sufficient lubrication between the sliding shoe and the piston is achieved. The piston of the swash plate compressor comprises a piston seat and a piston head, and a spherical socket used for installing the sliding shoe is formed in the piston seat. The piston is characterized in that the piston head is provided with the lubricating oil channel penetrating through the end face of the piston head to the bottom of the spherical socket.
