Abstract:
本发明的目的在于，提供能够兼顾微细图案的分辨性和热处理后的导电性的感光性树脂组合物。本发明提供感光性树脂组合物，其含有：(A)用碳单质和/或碳化合物覆盖表面的导电性微粒、(B)具有酸解离性基团的碱可溶性树脂。
Abstract(English):

The purpose of this invention is to provide a photosensitive resin composition that yields both high-resolution micropatterns and good post-heat-treatment conductivity. The photosensitive resin composition is provided and contains (A) conductive microparticles, the surfaces of which are coated in an elementary carbon substance and/or a carbon compound, and (B) alkali-soluble resin that contains acid-dissociable groups.
