Electroluminescent paint is at least prepared from components in parts by weight as follows: 5-50 parts of an electroluminescent material, 20-70 parts of polyurethane, 1-10 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-3 parts of a coalescing agent, 0.1-1 part of titanium dioxide and 80-120 parts of water.
