The invention discloses a PPAP (Polycyclic Polyprenylated Acylphloroglucinol) imine compound and a preparation method thereof, a pharmaceutical composition and application. The PPAP imine compound is a compound having a structure as shown in a formula I or pharmaceutically accepted salt of the compound, a tautomer, a stereisomer, a precursor compound or a hydrate. The PPAP imine compound disclosed by the invention is obtained by carrying out imidization on a compound having a structure which is as shown in a formula VII or obtained by carrying out separation and purification on garcinia yunnanensis Hu. An experiment shows that the PPAP imine compound disclosed by the invention has a remarkable function of inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and is expected to be developed as a drug or a healthcare product for preventing and/or treating tumor.
