The invention relates to a toilet device which can restrain enlargement of the device and can appropriately monitor electricity consumption of a heater. Actual electricity consumption (P)(S180) of thehot-water heater is presumed based on deviation which is temperature variation ([delta]T) between inlet temperature (Tin) of the heater and outlet temperature (Tout) of the heater, when the actual electricity consumption (P) is above upper limit of the electricity consumption (Pref), power supply (S190, S250) of the hot-water heater is stopped. Then the device can appropriately monitor electricity consumption of the hot-water heater which requires large power. In addition, the electricity consumption of the hot-water heater can be presumed based on the inlet temperature (Tin) of the heater and outlet temperature (Tout) of the heater from a temperaure sensor controlled by the hot-water heater, so that there is no need to arrange a current sensor for detecting the electricity consumption ofthe hot-water heater.
