The method comprises the steps of obtaining system configuration information of the target server, wherein the target server is a to-be-managed server; judging whether the system configuration information of the target server meets a preset condition or not, and generating corresponding warning information when the system configuration information of the target server does not meet the preset condition. By means of the method, it is achieved that cooling configuration of the server can be automatically detected andmanaged, when the cooling configuration is abnormal, the warning information can be generated in time, and the cooling risk of the server is reduced. The invention further discloses a cooling configuration management system for the server and electronic equipment.
