The invention discloses an experimental system for the performance test of a defogging and water collection device. The experimental system comprises a wet and dry bulb thermometer, a gas-liquid mixture generation unit, a carrier liquid concentration determination unit and a device performance test unit; gas-liquid mixture vapor generated by the gas-liquid mixture generation unit is sent to the defogging and water collection device through a pipeline; a sampling tube is inserted into the pipeline; and the carrier liquid quantity of the gas-liquid mixture vapor is measured by the carrier liquidconcentration determination unit; and the gas-liquid separation efficiency of the device and the pressure drop of the components of the device are measured through the device performance test unit. With the experimental system for the performance test of the defogging and water collection device of the invention adopted, gas-liquid mixture vapor with different flow rates, carrier liquid quantities and temperatures can be provided; and gas-liquid mixture vapor at the emptying opening of a wet type cooling tower in different working conditions under laboratory conditions can be the simulated. When the experimental system is adopted to perform an experiment, the treatment capacity-separation efficiency and pressure drop reference table of the defogging and water collection device can be measured, and the selection of the defogging and water collection device can be facilitated.
