The invention discloses a CMOS fully integrated near zero power consumption temperature sensor comprising a PTAT temperature sensing element, a CWT temperature sensing element, a first voltage-currentconverter, a second voltage-current converter, a first bias generator, a second bias generator, a first ring oscillator, a second ring oscillator and a counter. The counter comprises a starting circuit, a CWT counter and a PTAT counter. The first voltage-current converter and the second voltage-current converter comprise a power supply, an operational amplifier, a third PMOS transistor, a fourthPMOS transistor, a fifth PMOS transistor, a second PMOS transistor, a first PMOS transistor and a second NMOS transistor. The sensor has low power consumption and low cost and small chip area.
