The method comprises steps that according to a dust transmittance model, an atmospheric transmittance model under the action of dusts and a real temperature model of the surface of a measured object, an infrared temperature measurement compensation model in the dust environment is obtained; theinfrared temperature measurement compensation model in the dust environment is adopted to measure and obtain high-precision temperature data in the dust environment. The invention further provides active interaction equipment, a high precision infrared temperature measurement device and a non-transient readable storage medium to realize the high precision infrared temperature measurement method.The method is advantaged in that the high precision infrared temperature measurement data can be acquired.
