本发明提供一种低温泵及闸阀。本发明的低温泵(10)具备：低温泵凸缘(14)，其安装于闸阀凸缘(104)；及环状挡片(16)，其从低温泵凸缘(14)朝向闸阀(102)而沿轴向延伸，从而与阀板(106)协同形成环状节流孔(18)。在环状挡片上表面(16b)与阀板(106)之间可以划定有环状节流孔(18)。
