The system is characterized by comprising a sewage treatment monitoring platform, a PC, a mobile terminal, a monitoring center, a supervision department and a sewage treatment station, wherein the remote terminal units collects information of the sewage treatment station in an area and transmits the information to the sewage monitoring platform, and then the information is transmitted to the monitoring center, so that the on-line monitoring of the sewage treatment station is realized; and meanwhile, the platform regularly sorts the monitored data and then sends the data to the supervision department, so that the supervision of the related department to the sewage treatment station is facilitated.
