A lifting tailgate (SP) with interchangeable elements and direct suspension comprising at least one bearing tube (TP) adapted to be connected to a rear portion of an industrial vehicle, the bearing tube (TP) supporting, by means of first flanges (FL), a fork (FO), controlled by at least two cylinders (CS, CJ), which carries a platform (PT), where the first flanges (FL) are made of self-lubricating material.
