The discontinuity identification component is operably coupled to an electromagnetic energy interrogation component and the discontinuity identification component is configured to determine a treatment status based on an interrogation response to an electromagnetic energy stimulus indicative of an absorption difference of greater than a target amount. The at least one treatment composition component is operably coupled to the discontinuity component and the at least one treatment composition component is configured to selectively deposit a treatment composition on the portion of skin responsive to one or more inputs from the discontinuity component indicative of a target treatment status.
