The storage container is attached to the watercraft body. The storage container includes an access opening and an annular sidewall. The access opening opens upward relative to the deck. The annular sidewall has an upper end, a lower end and an interior storage space between the upper end and the lower end. The lower end of the annular sidewall defines a bottom opening with a cross sectional area that is larger than a cross sectional area of the upper end of the annular sidewall.
