The vehicle information processing method performed by using an external apparatus connected to a vehicle includes identifying a control authority of an external apparatus, which is connected to the vehicle, for communication between the external apparatus and the vehicle, transmitting service information that may be used according to the identified control authority, and executing a service, according to the transmitted service information, that is selected by the external apparatus, by using a processor which is included in the external apparatus.
