The electronic device includes a communication circuit configured to communicate with at least one or more external electronic devices as a call reservation target, a processor electrically connected with the communication circuit, and a memory electrically connected with the processor. The processor determines a type of a call reservation request from information inputted through a user input requesting a call reservation and controls the communication circuit to perform at least one of transmitting schedule information of the electronic device to the at least one external electronic device and transmitting a request for schedule information of the at least one external electronic device, based on the type of the call reservation request.
