Provided are an electronic device and method for avoiding interference between frequencies therefor. The electronic device may include: a housing; a wireless communication circuit arranged in the housing; at least one electronic component arranged in the housing; a processor electrically connected with the wireless communication circuit and the at least one electronic component; and a memory electrically connected with the processor. The memory may store instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to send or receive a signal to or from the at least one electronic component using a first frequency, to send or receive a signal to or from an external device through the wireless communication circuit using a second frequency, and to determine whether to change the first frequency in consideration of the second frequency.
