The first pressure-sensitive adhesive is a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive that includes a silicone block copolymer elastomer comprising hard segments that each comprise at least one polar moiety, and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive is an organic polymeric pressure-sensitive adhesive.
