A display device according to the present invention comprises a display panel including a front substrate and a rear substrate; guide panel being attached to the rear surface of the display panel and including a protruding part extending in a vertical direction; a rear cabinet being disposed in the rear of the display panel and including at least one groove into which the protruding part is inserted; and a back cover being disposed between the display panel and the rear cabinet and including an opening through which at least one of the protruding part and the groove passes.
