A coverage area of the detection electrode is smaller than a coverage area of the common electrode, the coverage area of the detection electrode on the second substrate does not overlap with a coverage area of the driving electrode on the first substrate when the first substrate and the second substrate are assembled to form a cell. The suspension electrode is arranged on at least one side of the detection electrode and insulated from the detection electrode.
