The mobile terminal includes a main body, a band coupled to the main body and configured to be secured to a wrist of a user, a touch screen disposed on a front side of the main body and configured to sense a touch and a controller configured to cause the touch screen to display: a plurality of time markers; an hour hand and a minute hand moving according to a lapse of time; and a first graphic object associated with an application at a location of at least one time marker of the plurality of time markers in response to an event at the mobile terminal.
