The negative electrode cap and the circuit board module constitute a first enclosed electromagnetic shielding space. The battery case and the circuit board module constitute a second enclosed electromagnetic shielding space. The electronic component is provided within the first enclosed electromagnetic shielding space and the second enclosed electromagnetic shielding space. The insulating gasket has a “” shape in section, and is disposed within gaps of the battery case, the circuit board module and the negative electrode cap.
