Each of the first and second folding parts has first and second outer surfaces, and the first and second outer surfaces face in opposite directions to each other. The first outer surfaces of the first and second folding parts come in contact with each other when the first and second folding parts are folded together. The exposed portion is disposed over the second outer surfaces of the first and second folding parts.
