The apparatus is configured to configured to control the second interface (108) to receive a message in symbol format, the message comprising a sender id, a recipient id and the register address of a sensor; to process messages received from external devices, the messages related to sensors; direct using the first interface the message to the register address if the recipient identification is the identification of sensor.
