The first and second pixels are on respective first and second pixel forming plates of the plurality of the pixel forming plates adjacent in a first direction. The first and second pixel forming plates are connected by a first bridge. The cut-out groove are in the first and second pixel forming plates and adjacent to an area connected to the first bridge.
