In formula (I), R1 and R2 each represent, independently of one another, a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1-6, m and n each represent an integer of 0 or 1, A1 represents an alkylene group having a carbon number of 1-7, A2 represents an alkylene group having a carbon number of 1-8, X1 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or an —NR3— group, and X2 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or an —NR4— group, where R3 and R4 each represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1-4, or collectively form an alkylene group having a carbon number of 1-4.
