The LED light emitting device includes a quantum dot film, a reflective filter layer, and at least one LED lamp, wherein the quantum dot film is arranged between the at least one LED lamp and the reflective filter layer; the at least one LED lamp is configured to emit light to excite a quantum dot material encapsulated in the quantum dot film to generate white backlight; and the reflective filter layer is configured to reflect light in a preset band and to transmit light outside the preset band, wherein the light in the preset band is light in a part of a band of the light emitted by the at least one LED lamp.
