The method may be performed by a user equipment (UE) that selects at least one or more subframes to perform the measurement, and performs the measurement for a discovery signal of a neighbor cell on the selected one or more subframes. For the measurement on the selected one or more subframes, both of a measurement subframe pattern for the neighbor cell and a measurement timing configuration for the discovery signal are applied.
