The fluidic channel includes an opening coming out on an outer surface of the rigid support, and the fluidic card further includes a flexible film disposed on the outer surface of the rigid support, at least at the opening of the fluidic channel, the flexible film configured to be deformed between a closed position in which it enables the fluidic channel to be closed to prevent a fluid flow from the fluidic channel through the opening and an open position in which it allows presence of a fluid flow space from the fluidic channel through the opening.
