A peripheral part of the first inorganic layer and a peripheral part of the second inorganic layer are connected around an outer perimeter of the organic layer and vertically overlap with each other so as not to cover an edge surface of each other's from a lateral side. At least one of the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer is an Aluminum Oxide film.
