The garment device includes a first connection unit formed in a first area corresponding to a position on which the first mobile device is worn, a second connection unit formed at a position on which the second mobile device is worn, and a fabric cable electrically connected with the first connection unit and the second connection unit. Further, the control unit is configured to control one of a charging of the second mobile device from the first mobile device, and a charging of the first mobile device from the second mobile device based on a charging direction, wherein the charging direction is determined based on a battery information of one of the first mobile device and the second mobile device.
