The capsule may include a capsule base, a capsule sidewall with a capsule interlock, and a capsule shelf. The cavity member may include a cavity base with a shaft extending therefrom and about an axis, a cavity sidewall with a cavity interlock configured to be positioned in at least a portion of the capsule interlock, and a cavity shelf. The bowl may include a bowl sidewall and a bowl base configured to engage the shaft. The ring may be configured to be positioned between the cavity member and the bowl.
