A plate thickness of the general portions of the lateral wall portions is set thinner than a plate thickness of the upright wall portions. The general portion at least does not include bubbles with a larger diameter than reinforcing fibers. An array direction of the reinforcing fibers disposed in the general portion of the lateral wall portion is set in a direction running along the wavelength direction of the waved plate section.
