The apparatus comprises a downtube for delivering a content into an end portion of a sock, a sealer positioned proximate to the downtube for sealing the sock at a first seal position such that the content is confined between the first seal position and the end portion of the sock, and a separator positioned proximate to the downtube for separating the sealed portion of the sock from the sock.
