The apparatus includes wear pads attached to the seal flaps having a wear side and an exposed side. The apparatus includes eye nuts extending upwards from the seal flaps and from the wear pads. The apparatus includes a first tensioner extending through the eye nuts. The apparatus includes a cover that is disposed over the seal flaps and the exposed side of the wear pads.
