The creation processing includes: obtaining an image of a passport or a qualification document and an image of a receipt printed when one or more commodities are purchased; storing the image of the passport or the qualification document and the image of the receipt and classifying the image of the passport or the qualification document and the image of the receipt; printing, on a passport area of one or more documents for tax-exempt sale, the image of the passport or the qualification document; and printing, on a receipt area of the documents, the image of the receipt on which image processing is performed to fit the image of the receipt in the receipt area.
