Further, the over-coating layer includes a first portion located between the sensor electrode and the wiring electrode and includes a recess, the recess including at least one of a perforation formed through the over-coating layer and a thin film portion providing the first portion with a smaller thickness than a remaining portion of the over-coating layer.
