The holding member includes a first circular portion having a second opening through which the sound collection portion communicates with the housing, and holding the waterproof sheet between the first circular portion and the housing, and a second circular portion disposed concentrically about the first circular portion having a third opening through which the sound collection portion communicates with the inside of the housing, and holding the waterproof sheet between the second circular portion and the housing. The second opening and the third opening are disposed not to overlap on a plane parallel to the waterproof sheet in a radial direction.
