Disclosed in the present application is a method for transmitting a synchronization signal for a direct device-to-device communication by a user equipment in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the method comprises the steps of: setting a power parameter of a synchronization signal for the direct device-to-device communication through an upper layer; receiving, from a base station, a transmit power control (TPC) command for the direct device-to-device communication; determining a transmission power of the synchronization signal for the direct device-to-device communication on the basis of the power parameter and the TPC command; and transmitting the synchronization signal for the direct device-to-device communication according to the determined transmission power, wherein the TPC command is for a data channel of the direct device-to-device communication.
