The steps mentioned above are repeated at least seven times in order to release at least seven prosthesis (4), which are uniformly distributed along a circumferential arc (5) surrounding the anal canal (AC); said at least seven prosthesis (4) defining a plurality of prosthesis (40) forming a third artificial sphincter.
