The antenna is driven by an AC voltage supplied from the drive control portion, the first connection line and the second connection line are respectively connected to a positive DC power source and a ground, and thereby the detection member is driven by a DC voltage supplied from the drive control portion, the antenna includes a resonance capacitor and an antenna coil which are connected in series. The detection member includes a power source terminal, and a ground terminal.
