Each of the first touch electrodes comprises a plurality of first sub-electrodes separated from each other, adjacent first sub-electrodes are bridged to each other by a corresponding connecting line, and each of the second touch electrodes is insulated from the connecting line by the isolating film. The black matrixes and the isolating film are formed by one patterning process.
