An alignment plate is connected to the face plate. A rotatable tube shaft includes a first end and a second end. The first end is connected to the alignment plate and the second end is connected to the stabilizing clamp. A waterline is connected to the alignment plate. The waterline is configured to deliver water through the rotatable tube shaft. A disc brush is connected to the second end of the rotatable tube shaft. The disk brush is configured to connect to a disc brush plate.
