According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an eyebrow coil jacket that is capable of increasing the heat control area of the reactor even when applied to a large-sized reactor so that a heat control amount of the heat control apparatus is improved 20% more than when a half pipe coil is used, a heat control apparatus of a reactor using the eyebrow coil jacket, and a method for manufacturing the heat control apparatus of the reactor.
