Capturing and viewing private photos and videos
Abstract:
In one example, a camera includes an imaging sensor to translate light into a digital image, a storage device to save the digital image in a digital format, and a privacy module. The privacy module is configured to set a privacy setting of the newly-captured digital image to indicate that the newly-captured digital image is a private digital image based at least on the privacy module being set to a privacy mode and to set the privacy setting to indicate that the newly-captured digital image is a non-private digital image based at least on the privacy module not being set to the privacy mode. The newly-captured digital image is saved in the digital format regardless if the newly-captured digital image is a private digital image or a non-private digital image. The camera includes an image display interface to display, without authenticating private image credentials, only non-private digital images.
