The second reinforcing ribs are disposed on the mold portion, extend along the extending direction, and are arranged along the direction perpendicular to the extending direction. Height positions of tip end surfaces of the second reinforcing ribs are set to be substantially the same as a high position of an outer surface of the mold portion formed in a place where a seal member is disposed.
