The method comprises generating a preview of a scene by a first camera of an apparatus in a first mode, and generating one or more image frames of the scene by at least one second camera of the apparatus in the first mode. The method comprises selecting at least one image frame from the one or more image frames as at least one capture image in a second mode. The apparatus includes at least one processor and at least one memory comprising computer program code, to perform generating the preview of the scene by the first camera in the first mode, generating image frames of the scene by the at least one second camera in the first mode; and selecting the at least one capture image from the image frames in the second mode.
