Abstract:
A construction device for an offshore wind turbine foundation with piling performed later. The construction device comprises an offshore wind turbine foundation (1), a pile casing (2) and a sleeve (3). The pile casing (2) is used for the installation of a steel pile (4) and arranged at the bottom of the offshore wind turbine foundation (1). The lower end of the sleeve (3) is detachably connected with the upper end of the pile casing (2). A construction method for an offshore wind turbine foundation with piling performed later is also provided.
