The at least one message comprises one or more configuration parameters of: a plurality of cells grouped into a plurality of groups, and a pathloss reference of a secondary cell. The base station receives uplink signals on the secondary cell. Transmission power of the uplink signals in the secondary cell is determined, at least in part, employing measurement of downlink signals of the pathloss reference of the secondary cell.
